Julie Harries, Director NHS Improvement Julie has worked with NHS Improvement and its predecessors, the Coronary Heart Disease Collaborative and the Heart Improvement Programme, since October 2000 in operational management holding a number of posts in community, mental health and acute NHS Trusts as well as a senior health authority role. She is a Director leads on Atrial Fibrillation and Cardiac Rehabilitation. |

Wendy Gray, National Improvement Lead Wendy leads the work in patient experience for NHS Improvement and has been key in developing the Discovery Interview methodology. Wendy’s clinical background and an indepth knowledge of patient experience and natural empathy with service users, combine to make her one of the UK’s most experienced improvement professionals working in this field. Wendy has worked with NHS Improvement and its predecessor the NHS Coronary Heart Disease Collaborative since 2000. |

Tanya Spencer-Cameron,
Co-Lead QI & Clinical Integration Health Quality Ontario Tanya Spencer is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Faculty of Nursing, and of the COUPN Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Program. Tanya is currently practicing with the Timmins Family Health Team as a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner. She started with the QIIP in 2008 as a Practice Facilitator, transitioning to the Co-Lead of QI and Clinical Integration in 2009, and now with HQO. Tanya has had past experience with implementing the Model for Improvement and Team Development Strategies within the primary care setting through the Leader ship for Change in Primary Care Project with the University of Toronto and the Supporting Interdisciplinary Practice Project with the University of Ottawa and partners. |

Genevieve Obarsk, Executive Lead, Program Implementation, The Change Foundation Genevieve joined The Change Foundation in April 2011 as the Executive Lead, Program Implementation. Her role is to coordinate and implement the quality improvement activities in the Foundation’s strategic plan. In addition to providing quality improvement expertise, she supports the Foundation’s evaluation framework and is active in stakeholder relations.Not a stranger to our province, she held the position Senior Quality Improvement Consultant at the Centre for Healthcare Quality Improvement where she directed operations and managed the Leadership for Performance Excellence program. Prior to coming to Ontario, she held a variety of management positions with the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (VHA) in Richmond, Virginia. |

Eileen Patterson, Vice President Quality Improvement, Health Quality Ontario Eileen Patterson is Vice President of Quality Improvement for Health Quality Ontario. To this role she assumed April 2011, she brings experience and expertise in the areas of Health Service Integration, Self-Management, Access, Efficiency and Clinical Care improvements within primary care, specialty care, Long Term Care and health programs. She led the Taber Integrated Primary Care Project, the implementation of the Chronic Care Model across a regional healthcare system, served as project leader of Alberta's AIM Collaborative and AIM Leadership Development, and has consulted on numerous health system improvement strategies in rural and urban settings. She has planned and implemented more than a dozen Collaboratives addressing quality issues in all sectors. |
