Culture
Organizations that share experiences and foster positive working environments, build an organizational culture in which individuals thrive and service production is focused on excellence. We have developed this page of the QHN website to help quality improvers develop great organizational culture.
Over the years, QHN has had numerous local, national and international speakers present on developing and maintaining great organizational culture. We hope you find the tools, examples from the field, and literature here within, as useful and exciting as we have.
If you have other tools on developing great culture or a story to share, we would love to hear from you.
