QHN Spring Thaw

Enhancing Data Capture

This Spring the Ontario Node of Safer Healthcare Now! (SHN) and QHN are on the road to meet with SHN! teams enrolled in the SSI, AMI and Medication Reconciliation interventions. Support for this initiative has been provided by the Ontario Health Quality Council.

The goal of the Data Capture and Reporting project is to learn about best practices, share experiences, understand the value of data collection and submission, ultimately to improve patient safety.
