Integration
The Network is currently working toward a common understanding of what system integration in healthcare means and looks like.
We have developed this page of the QHN website to help quality improvers like yourself can learn what integration means to other organizations and how they are integrating their services.
This Spring, QHN held its 2008 Spring Symposium on Enabling a Culture of Integration One Story at a Time. Local, national and international speakers presented their integration stories to our Members. We hope you find the tools, examples from the field, and literature here within, as useful and exciting as we have.
If you have other integration tools or a story to share, we would love to hear from you as this topic evolves.
