Re: The Quality Healthcare Network and the Ontario Node of Safer Healthcare Now! Welcome New Staff

The Quality Healthcare Network and the Ontario Node of Safer Healthcare Now! are proud to announce that Doris Doidge has agreed to join QHN as a project manager reporting to a newly formed Advisory Committee who will oversee an exciting new project aimed at improving data collection and reporting for Ontario teams in Safer Healthcare Now!

The goals of this project are to identify and promote leading practices related to patient safety reporting, identifiaction and dissemination processes related to tools that facilaite data capture,

priortization of straegies that will support teams in gathering and reporting patient safety data to the Ontario Node of Safer Healthcare Now!, build alignment of data reporting initiatives from the perspective of the teams gathering and reporting patient safety data to various stakeholder groups.
