November, 2008 Quality Healthcare Network Announces its Annual Report On Tuesday, November 18, 2008 the Quality Healthcare Network announces its 2007-2008 Annual Report entitled, Listening for Quality Matters. The report was released by member of the board at the Network's Annual General Meeting and Celebration of Members at the White Oaks Conference Resort in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. QHN is a non-profit, member-based organization dedicated to fostering the development and adoption of best practices by its members through education and shared improvement projects. Its immediate customer is its members. As such, QHN programming is focused on member needs; hence the title of this year’s annual report, Listening for Quality Matters. The report highlights the overall performance of the network and shines a spotlight on the quality improvement focus and direction of network members. This report is intended to give members a better sense of what, together, has been accomplished in the past year. And for those that are not currently members of the network, this report is intended to inform decision making about the value of membership and the quality improvement needs of Ontario.
