We would like to thank all of you for attending the 2008 QHN Spring Symposium: Enabling a Culture of Integration One Story at a Time: Quality at the Crossroads on April 30-May 2, 2008 at the Kingbridge Centre in King City.
Today, we are pleased to offer you the Symposium proceedings (as links in this email), which are also now available online at www.qhn.ca.
We would appreciate it at this time if you would please complete a Spring Symposium evaluation. Your feedback is imperative and will set future directions for the Network. Click here to complete the 5-minute survey online.
Lastly, we would like to personally invite you to the QHN 2008 Fall Forum Conference - Quality Improvement Under Construction on November 18 & 19, 2008. We are currently looking for members to sit on our 2008 Fall Forum Planning Committee. If you are interested, please put your name forward by emailing Tanya Flanagan at tanya.flanagan@qhn.ca.
If you/your organization, or someone you know in the Network has led work on lean, six sigma, customer-led QI or simple applications of rapid cycle methods, please identify the individual/ initiative/ organization by emailing Tanya Flanagan.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We are always at your service.
