On November 29, 2007, CIHI will be publicizing the Hospital Standardized Mortality Ratio (HSMR) for all Canadian healthcare organizations. Canadian Health Services Research Foundation (CHSRF)
QHN developed the 2007-2008 Researcher on Call, five, one-hour teleconference call series that links participants by teleconference to researchers and decision makers who are making improvements in healthcare. This program was developed in partnership with the Canadian Health Services Research Foundation (CHSRF).
Each of the five calls were designed to clarify the findings in the selected research, identify and illustrate actions that could be taken on the findings and explore the issues and challenges in fully implementing the findings in various settings.
A time for question and answers helped participants consider the implications of the research results for improving their practice.
