Kennedy Lodge Wins Revera's Medication Systems Improvement Award after Completing QHN's Webinar Learning Series

Staff at Kennedy Lodge were keen participants on the Quality Healthcare Network led Webinar Learning Series on medication reconciliation. The series, which ran over a six month period, was led by QHN in support of Safer Healthcare Now in Ontario. Congratulations to Kennedy Lodge on this fine achievement!

Summer Camp for Quality Improvement!

Thanks to all those that attended the first annual Summer Camp for Quality Improvement! It was great to see almost 100 campers from across the continuum meeting at the Nottawasaga Inn in Alliston on July 14 - 15.

QHN Medication Reconciliation Telconference Series

To learn more on how to provide safer care through medication reconciliation, listen in on this free teleconference series. Set in a lunch and learn format, this series will feature five 40 minute calls through June and July.
